Producing a World Championship is an expensive prospect. All-in, the budget for the 2026 F1D World Champs will be somewhere between $40-50,000. While some portion of that will be covered by entry fee’s etc., we need to raise additional funds to make this event the first class event it should be.

Here are just some of the costs above and beyond what a normal contest would incur:

  • Flying and Awards Banquet venues must be rented
  • Housing and meals provided for officials and volunteers
  • FAI Jury Travel cost
  • Podium, PA’s, and other equipment must be rented
  • Signage and Swag

Title Sponsor – $10,000

Have your logo prominently displayed on all event signage, Website, lanyards, printed materials, etc. as well as an optional 10 minute speaking opportunity at the closing ceremonies. Title Sponsor is also entitled to 1 (one) pre-approved Swag Bag insert.

 

Swag Bag Sponsor – $5000

Have your logo prominently displayed throughout the conference on the meeting bag and website. The bag is
designed to be reused after the conference has ended. Sponsorship includes 1 (one) main panel design
and 1 (one) pre-approved bag insert.

 

Hospitality Suite Sponsor – $5000

Have your logo prominently displayed throughout the hospitality suite where Officials, volunteers & competitors will be seeking refreshments throughout the week. Hospitality Sponsor is also entitled to 1 (one) pre-approved Swag Bag insert.

 

Lunch Sponsor – $5000

Have your logo prominently displayed throughout the hospitality suite where Officials, volunteers & competitors will be gathering each day for lunch.

 

Closing Banquet Sponsor – $5000

Have your logo prominently displayed throughout the banquet facility where Officials, volunteers & competitors will be gathering for final awards ceremony.
